Handling Susannah.Susannah has made many bad choices in her life and because of this she must marry to keep the family farm. Wanting someone she can control easily she places an ad in the newspaper for a husband. Adam is a hardworking farmer. He has all but lost his family farm because of sheepherders and bureaucracy. When he sees Susannah's ad he decides to take a chance. Adam hopes Susannah will be the innocent and pure woman he has always dreamed of and even after discovering she has not been totally honest agrees to marry her if she accepts her punishment for the lies she told. Susannah realizes that Adam is not the type of man she wants, but she is very attracted to him. So she accepts Adam's offer. This book is about their relationship and it includes scenes of domestic discipline. Adam is just what Susannah needs and Susannah is everything he didn't realize he wanted. A very good read and as long as you are not upset by domestic discipline I highly recommend it. I received an ARC copy in order to provide an honest review.

The plot is well written and keeps you turning the pages to see what will happen next. Strong Alpha male Sweet feisty heroine. This has everything you could want in a story with a little added spice
I just finished reading this invigorating story that definitely held my attention the entire time. I would recommend this book be on everybody's reading list. It really displays my feelings of what true love should be displayed.
An interesting historical western spanking novel with a twist. The mail order spouse is the groom instead of the bride. You can guess the reaction and subsequent actions of the groom Adam as he discovers the secrets his bride Susannah has kept from him.
Adam is a man looking for. Sweet Wife what he gets is a lady who just wants a cowboy husband one who will do her bidding right from the start she receivers a shock and finds her idea of a marriage far from her ideal Susanna find love with a strong settled Western Man.
I had such a great time reading this book! As a reader I love when characters can grab my attention and keep me turning the pages, and this book did just that! What a fun, steamy romance that you really shouldn't miss!! Nicely done!
Smarts is a good go to an uncomplicated domestic discipline book. Her characters are always good loving people and the hero may be stern, but he's never over the top. I would recommend this story to anyone who likes a little discipline with their romance.
There really wasn't anything in this story to make me care much about it at all really.
It was just too sweet for my taste, everything was totally predictable and down-homey; picture 'Little House on the Prairie' where someone gets a lickin and that pretty much sums up the excitement level of this book.
I gave it 2 stars because I did appreciate that it had been proofed and edited, which is really the only reason that I said it wasn't bad.
